My daughter went in there today to get a blow out done on her hair and the woman burned her scalp and my daughter told her numerous times about it. I understand how this is done since I’ve been with her numerous times to get her hair done at other places. If you don’t listen to your customer that’s paying you to do a job don’t do it. Don’t Complain just do your job. Won’t ever go there again my daughter came home crying because her scalp was hurting from being burned and her hair being pulled hard. If you don’t know how to work with curly hair get someone else that knows how to !!! $80 down the drain her hair looks like I could of straighten her hair at home!! Poor customer service, Poor service in general!!!!

Tried this place due to good reviews. I’m not sure if because I didn’t make an appt/new customer , but I wanted basic layers and trim to clean up my ends. She asked me if I wanted volume which usually means do not use straightener,just blowout. She pulled my hair so much when blow drying, put curls with a straighter and gave the worst haircut ever. I went to another Dominican hair salon yesterday to get it fixed, since I am a stylist myself, when doing my own blowouts, my hair was not setting the usual way. The other salon almost had a heart attack when they saw how uneven my hair was SMH.

The stylist was understanding and patient. She took her time to explain to me to the best of her ability just what she was going to do with my hair for the entire wash and set process on my natural kinky hair. I appreciate all of the attention that she showed to my hair.

I came in for blonde highlights. The hairdresser was in a rush to leave for the day so she washed my hair too early. My hair did not get bleached to the correct shade. She gave me brown and orange highlights and charged me $90. While she was bleaching my hair I told her that my hair color did not match the picture but she angrily said that it did. A couple of days later I came in and asked her to fix my hair. She said she would. While fixing my hair she badmouthed me to another customer in Spanish. I understood everything she said. Very unprofessional. In the middle of fixing my hair she left the salon and went home. The other hairdresser finished my hair. My hair is still not the shade of blonde I wanted it to be. It is also not toned and has a copper shine. I’m very upset by the quality of service and the professionalism of this salon.
