So delicious!
I got the vegan dub plate (small)
jerk quesadilla, one black bean empanada, one chickpea empanada, a burger, the chocolate chip cookies, strawberry lemonade and a mango juice.
Everything was flavorful and they gave generous portions and the juice with all the savory flavors was so delicious!
Excited to come back and try everything else!
I reallyyy loves this place, so happy I found it! It is so difficult to eat good vegan food in Miami that I’m anxious to come back there!
The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful! I loved all the books and pictures there, and the juices OMG they’re SOOO good and super natural! I’m the king of person who only eats REAL food and this is the place where you’ll find healthy and vegan options with amazing unique flavor.
I’ll definitely come back again soon 🥰
I’ve heard about Dub n Grub from a handful of people, and started following them on social media. I’ve heard mixed reviews about them, so I decided to try them for myself. I had the vegan Rasta pasta, with fried oyster mushroom on top. It was pretty good. It had a nice light coconut milk flavor. Pasta was cooked al dente, and the veggies were cooked just enough. Portion size was nice, although another ounce of pasta would have been nice. (admittedly, I’m not sure of the pasta portion size). I ordered for delivery, so I cannot comment on the service, or atmosphere of the location. Overall, it is someplace that I would try their other menu offerings.
Excellent food with positive environment like the comfortable cushioned seats and the great books. You can taste the attention to detail in how the food is wonderfully made. Really enjoy their vegan cheeseburger and fries that taste great and that are also easy to digest. You can taste the higher quality ingredients. If you see some of the IG and YouTube videos posted by the Chef, you can see the extra steps he takes to make such wonderful food. They also have other delicious special dishes. Call ahead so you can pick up your food because they are so busy due to their good food. Thankfully, they run a very efficient operation in addition to the food being great.
The Best Ital Vegan Spot in Miami Gardens
This spot is an absolute gem. Now in a new location, the decor is vibrant and full of Rasta energy, with rich reds, greens, and golds setting the perfect tone for a soulful dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth—not just from the colors but from the welcoming atmosphere and the love poured into the food.
I visited with some friends, and we were beyond satisfied with every bite. I just had to make a round 2. The flavors are bold, homey, and unmistakably Caribbean, staying true to the essence of Jamaican ital cuisine—pure, plant-based, and packed with natural goodness. Whether you’re craving a hearty stew, a flavorful veggie plate, or a refreshing fresh-pressed juice, the chef is serving up food that nourishes both body and soul.
If you’re looking for the best vegan Jamaican food in Miami, authentic Rasta flavors, or simply a healthy, feel-good meal with island vibes, look no further. This place is a must-visit for lovers of Caribbean cuisine—vegan or not! I’ll definitely be back!
