10 out of 10 for sure!! I got the Ropa Vieja bowl and was not disappointed. The food was a great size and smelled so good I forgot to take a photo because I started digging in as soon as I got home 😂 The people were so kind and inviting & you can tell they care about what they serve. Highly recommend grabbing a plate and definitely will be going back 😋

Chef Amanda’s food truck is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious full of flavor, fresh, and made with so much love. You can tell right away that everything is cooked with care.

The seasoning was spot-on, portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade in the best way possible.

On top of the amazing food, Chef Amanda and Claudia are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of spot you keep thinking about after you leave and you’ll definitely want to come back for more.

Great food and experience, cerdo asado bowl

Food was amazing, good portions for a sandwich. It fed two. The pork was so soft and delicious. Definitely worth the try if you go to the food truck heaven.
