There was three employees on today’s visit. I’ve come through multiple times and I thought some of those employees would be gone because they look so miserable working there like one previous reviewer wrote. It’s like they were doing me a favor when I was ordering horrible attitude, not even smiling looking at you like if you’re wasting their time.
Times are tough but the True where I was at doesn’t have food options. I’m just surprised that this place stayed open as long as it has probably because there’s not that much choices. Probably the last time I give them a chance I’ve been there three times and every time it’s the same three women with awful attitudes I really wish them the best. I know times are tough but jeez Louise a smile or even a non-angry facial expression would be nice.

After probably 20+ visits I feel I can make a fair call on this fast food stop. The burritos are subpar, the service is…worse. More than once I have stood at the counter for 3+ minutes while the employees pretended they didn't see me. They are frequently out of main ingredients.

But…. sometimes you're in a hurry and you're hungry, and you gotta do what you gotta do 😮‍💨

$66 for 6 tacos…
We chose to eat here while at the Mecum car show/auction. We’re from Texas and love a good local taco joint … we got 3, 2-taco meals with some side chips… pico was like an extra $4 and their sauce/queso an extra $3 each! So we paid over $25 in “sauces” – the queso was cold, I couldn’t Mix and match tacos – even though beef, chicken and pork were the same price. Then, upon payment they had the audacity to say “would you like to add a tip for the staff?” – while we normally tip 20% — your $25 in sauces was your tip. Never have we paid $60++ for 6 tacos- much less mediocre ones. We chocked it up to “event food pricing” – but we’ll never eat here again… positives: beef and pork were well seasoned, and had good flavor according to my husband and dad; (but my chicken was bland).

Food was good. But, the staff could care less that you're there. And after I ate, I watched the lady behind the counter use her cell phone (while ignoring a customer) and go back to touching the food with the same gloves.

Worst Attitude and Lack of Service I’ve literally ever experienced:
On Sunday night April 28, 2024, we were flying from Birmingham to Orlando. Our flight was delayed and figured we’d go ahead to the airport and eat there. The only place open was Tacos Loco in gate C. One of the travelers with me approached the bar at 8:45 and the person behind the bar told him “We are closed”. There was a guy sitting at the bar with a fresh beer. There was a family at a large table with fresh drinks. As frustrating as this was, we bought some snacks at a magazine store in the gate. I asked the attendant why the nearby restaurant bar was closed and she told me there are supposed to be open until the last traveler is gone, but she always see that attendant close early and treat people badly. I walked by Tacos Locos 30 mins later and everyone was still there with fresh drinks. I asked, “are you open.” “No” she said. I asked what time they normally close, and she said 7:30 to 8 and looked the other way. At the time of our flight boarding, which was 10:45, the same family was still there getting drinks. The attendant had been watching TV the whole time. There were four of us. We would have bought lots of food and drinks and Tacos Locos easily lost out on $200 with of business because of a lazy rude server. This place she be closed and replaced with a real business with real people working there who care about people in an airport. She should be fired immediately.
