Huge disappointment. We were on our way out of Orlando & just wanted a simple coffee & pão na chapa for breakfast before heading back to Tampa. You'd think by the name that this place would have amazing pão na chapa. It did not.

We were seated quickly though there were many people working, the service was slow. We had to get our own menues & then get someone to take our order.

We waited over 20 minutes for grilled bread, something that should have taken 5. The pão was not fresh & it was definitely not grilled. It looked like it was just toasted & then butter and cheese were placed on top. It didn't taste fresh. I'd skip this place & go to any of the other Brazilian places across the street. The two breads and two coffees came to $25 before gratuity.

Amazing service, wonderful food, affordable price, and very clean! Orlando needed a place like this where you can feel the passion on providing a good quality food and amazing service. They really do care about quality and service. Congratulations to Rubin for the great service, we were very well attended.
We loved this place so much that we went there for breakfast, lunch, and had a to go bag for dinner!! I highly recommend this place.

They serve an “ok” food, nothing different from the other “ok” Brazilian restaurants around. They played loud gospel music around lunch, don’t think that was a pleasant ambiance.

The service is extremely slow, inattentive, untrained. We had to beg them to place our order (waited 20 minutes, even though the restaurant was empty), and to get our check at the end, which I waited for 15 minutes and had to get up and go to the cashier to get it done.

Besides being overpriced, you need to be vigilant with your check, because they charge a “service fee” (ours was almost $8 for a $35 check) and still try to charge tips at the end.

The owner couldn’t locate our bill and, when she did, she kept coming and going to talk to her husband to try to correct the “service fee”, saying that we didn’t need to pay for it, and that such fee would be the tips. I told her that I wouldn’t have a problem paying for tips because I know that money goes to the servers, but I didn’t think a service fee can replace tips, and that I thought they would still charge tips in the end. She also said they don’t charge tips at the end, which I confronted them when the tips screen showed that option again, when they finally were able to void the service fee.

I personally told them that my experience was not good, and gave the feedback about all I am writing here, and explained to them that I hope they listen and change their processes because when someone doesn’t like the experience usually they don’t say anything, they just won’t come back.

P.S: Photo shows them charging $5 service fee for a $25 dish, when they were trying to fix the bill.

What a terrible experience, first and last time. Waitress lost, order took 52 minutes to arrive, came incomplete and missing one of the plates that took forever. Food not good at all, the picanha don’t look like a real picanha. I order a Romeo and Julieta tapioca (sweet) arrive cold, hard and before the bauru that was ok. Worst experience ever. The name of the place does not match with what they offer. It’s sad to say that, but they are far a way of being a restaurant. The place was empty, imagine what a kind of service if they had half of the place full.
I wish I had read the reviews before.

By far the best, and I mean, the best Brazilian restaurant in Orlando. The picanha was off the chart, the cheese pizza was amazing and a Pizza Portuguesa was the best I have had.
