NY Chinese restaurant has terrible customer service.
I spent nearly $50 ordering from this place and never received my food. I even checked with the hotel receptionist and waited at the front desk for several minutes after they told me it was on the way—but it never arrived.

When I called the restaurant, a woman answered and was extremely rude. I explained that my order hadn’t been delivered, and she told me it wasn’t their problem and to contact Grubhub. To make things worse, she said if I wanted my food, I should have gone to the restaurant to pick it up instead of ordering through Grubhub.

Such treatment of customers is unacceptable—you should not be in business with such manners and disregard for your customers. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

After a late-night rehearsal, my friend and I were craving Chinese food in my area. I Googled the best around and Ny Chinese was the closest and had the highest rating! I was actually shocked I hadn't tried it before! I placed my order and went to pick it up. When I got there the girl behind the counter seemed very young but very kind. My food was ready.. I paid.. and made my way back home. It was AMAZINGGGGGG. I got General Tao chicken and my friend had shrimp fried rice and wings. I Tend to judge Chinese restaurants on their egg rolls… And this one was hands-down the best I've had in a very long time!! So I would definitely recommend to give this a try and can't wait to try more because the food was absolutely incredible! Not to mention the prices are low & the portions are huge. Sometimes the food is so good but today… what is this? The krab Rangoon is hard and empty. The chicken was dry and even the donuts barely thad any sugar… they really missed the mark today. Whoever’s in the kitchen needs to go.

We used to like going her until lastnight but recently realized even the food was starting to taste different and the meat has been way to over cooked and burnt. Wellll I found a dead baby roach on top of the white rice and said maybe one crawled in there and on the boxes etc …..when as I mixed it around I needed to make sure so I seen roach legs and particles basically carved into the rice meaning it was cooked together! I ordered through doorsash and they couldn't do anything about it not even a refund due to the last few times other restaurants sending me the wrong order or missing items….they won't do another refund. It wasn't even about the refund it was about what I found inside out it! This is sure the last time we ever order from here. I ended up throwing it all away!

Safe your money and go elsewhere. Crab Rangoon and egg roll were burnt! The general tso chicken was decent, but not enough to reorder.
