I go to this Starbucks about twice a week. It’s a really nice location. The inside is modern and lovely. The staff is super super sweet. They are always welcoming, my order has yet to ever be wrong and they are just generally friendly. I’ve noticed my cups have started having sayings or drawings on them and I love it! I mean, look at the pic of my cup on this review, isn’t that the cutest thing?? I made me smile/laugh when I noticed it. The drive through attendants are always asking how my days been going or what my plans are which, in my opinion, is just a nice thing. They don’t have to leave that window up and chat, but they 9 times out of 10 do. Great job guys!

Hi! I was a regular at this particular starbucks up until today due to having to relocate. I will forever love this store with all my heart. It was genuinely a pleasure to wake up every morning, head there, and order my drink/food. Caleb, Mitchie, Danny, Mabel, Maddie, and so many others consistently engaged with me, remembered my order, talked to me about how my day was going, and so much more. They truly exude every quality of customer service and satisfaction possible, and it was a pleasure to get to know all of them. My drink was always right, and no matter how many times in a day I showed up, I was always greeted with a smile. 100% recommend this place. Truly, if you are kind to the workers, understanding of the fact mornings can be brutal on them, and respectful, you will have a good experience at this Starbucks every time you go.

Went through the drive through today and Caleb was friendly and helpful. While we waited he asked if I had tried certain drinks and recommended new drinks as well as variations of drinks I had ordered. The same thing happened last time with Aura who did the exact same thing.
These are the things that make me want to go back to that location for the experience and to try the suggestions they make.

On July 8th 2025, the 2 girl worked in night shift are really something special, I got my drinks, kindly asked for a to go bag, the South Asian looking girl literally throw the beg to me, then I ask for a to go cup holder since I don't want my drinks shake around and spill out, the same girl said no when I saw the big cup holder is right there, I don't know who trained her, but either from the manager level there are something wrong, or is just them. Not to mention the other white girl in the same shift, mean mugged me while I was asking for the to go items, don't know if that's against the holy law or something. About the white girl, I visited this store multiple times by now, she literally have that "somebody owe me 10k face" every time I ask for something, did no one told them that they are getting paid to provide those basic things? I'm not asking for cutting art pieces for me or like do a Thomas spin, as a customer, I'm not there to take your "I had a bad and sad life" face, help out with a normal human being attitude is not that hard, or maybe they are just racist.
I like the tall white dude, he has the normal human being behavior and he is always nice, yall better treat this guy well and maybe kick the other 2 racist girls.

I have been a starbucks customer for at least 20 years and this is my first review. Every time I stepped into this place the entire staff started laughing, not sure how I subjected as laughing stock. I wont come back.
