This might become my new go-to banh mi spot! Ordering was quick and easy, service was friendly, and it only took 5 or so min to get each sandwich. Their fresh baked bread is amazing, like a crispy cloud, and all toppings/condiments were delicious and applied in the correct amounts. The grilled pork was flavorful and tender with no gristle, and the meats in the special combination were all top quality (they even add pork floss as a standard topping, which is a nice touch)! The only issue with this place is there isn’t any real seating area, so be prepared to take your food to-go. Also, I ordered my sandwiches with no jalapeño, but they added jalapeño anyways. Normally I would remove a star for a mistake like that, but when there is a language barrier (the people working here only spoke a minimal amount of English), I try to be more forgiving. And, considering that removing the jalapeño was a very simple operation, it didn’t really impact me all that much.

I love this place. They always make the best bahn mis and the Vietnamese coffee is excellent. The bread is super soft and the pickled veggies are spot on! When a place only makes a few items, you know it’s going to be good.

Adorable little counter area but it’s a total ripoff. When we walked in, we asked for a coffee. The woman didn’t understand English and asked someone to come out of the back. The two of them went back and forth for a while before the woman finally came out and told to use the screen to order. We ordered the medium strength coffee. We were given full cups of ice 1/4 filled with coffee which was about 3 sips. We asked why they were so empty and she said it was because their coffee is strong. We explained that we ordered the medium strength coffee and the woman’s next rebuke was that it was their portion. Banh Mi boy charges less for a full cup of Viet coffee and it’s better anyway. $7 for this.

Wow, is all I can say. Whether they are baking the bread in-house or not… There is no doubt that this is hands down the BEST banh mi bread I have ever eaten. Absolutely insane, how the loaf is perfectly balanced between this light, airy innard that is coated with a thin, crispy shell.. that all just melts with every bite. I have spent my entire week sampling highly rated "traditional" banh mi's (Thit Ngoui/Dac Biet) in the Orlando area and *this* so far is the absolute best I've had. Its a 10/10. The contents/filling of their Banh Mi Dac Biet were like a PERFECTLY composed symphony playing all the right notes at the right time. Each bite yielded the presence of every ingredient in the sandwich: the meats, the pickled carrots, the fresh veggies, the pate and spread. No ingredient overtook the other and the result left me wanting to order a second sandwich. Well done Bamita.

As for the atmosphere, it's located right at the forefront of the supermarket. It's a small shop about the size of a food truck. The service was friendly and quick, it did not take long at all to receive my banh mi. Don't be completely fooled with the friendly service cause I promise that sandwich is dangerously good.
