I was traveling for work and ordered through DoorDash. The app said pickup in 18 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the order (giving them 2 extra minutes). The food nor drinks fountain drinks were ready.
The ladies room was disgusting. The ceiling tiles were moldy from water damage and the floors looked like they hadn’t ever been cleaned. Oh…and I believe an employee was smoking weed in there….that could explain a lot of these issues.
Several people were waiting and complaining about how long it was taking. The woman ahead of me said she was standing there for 15 minutes before being acknowledged and was now waiting another 20. A gentleman said they always take forever but unfortunately it’s one of the few spots open late.
A total of 40 minutes later I was finally out the door.
Finally back at the hotel after a 15 hour day I found the order was incorrect (put cheese on my hamburger and left the sauce on – both things I cannot eat due to allergies) – so I had no dinner.
We stopped by to get a quick burger to take home. It was very good! The meat tasted great! I’d definitely go again!

First timer ..I Ordered crinkled fries and a burger…it literally says “crinkled “ fries On the menu and I didn’t get crinkle fries. Disappointed, all I wanted was Crinkled fries
Terrible service. Ordered food on Uber eats and this restaurant kept delaying the order for an hour until suddenly the order was canceled because they closed. Terrible service. Online order customer are equally as important. We all pay you for your service and food. Now here I am at 9pm on Christmas Eve and can’t order food because everyone is closing. No wonder you have low ratings on Uber eats.
