The worst Chinese food I’ve ever gotten. Which is so disappointing because the woman at the front was very pleasant.
I ordered general Tso chicken… it tasted more like orange chicken I don’t like the citrus of orange chicken, which is why I didn’t order it… but then I found an actual orange peel soooo yeah.

Crab rangoon were not only dry inside they tasted like rubber and lack flavor. The sauce turned my fingers red.

My eggrolls were completely burnt crispy

And the rice was a weird texture .

Some of the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. The wait time was 35-40 minutes when she told me it would be 15. She was very nice but it took way too long for food that wasn’t even good. It’s the most American Chinese food you’ll find, owned by middle easterners and the food is cooked by black people. Nothing Chinese about it. I ordered crab rangoons and sweet and sour chicken. I found them on Uber eats and saw a picture of their sweet and sour so that’s what I was looking forward to, I posted a picture of what they advertised vs what I got, NOTHING alike. The chicken was nonexistent it was 90% puffy flavorless breading with little to no meat the smaller pieces were literally just fried breading no meat inside at all. The actual sauce was sour and tangy not sweet at all. A radioactive dark red color not your typical deep orange color. The crab rangoons were fried so hard they were too tough to eat with little to no filling in them. The egg roll it came with was crispy but the inside filling was mushy with no flavor. It was mostly noodles not much veggies at all. Only the fried rice was okay. Not the best but not horrible like the rest of the food. Only good thing I can say is the prices are reasonable and the menu is big with plenty of options but if the food is trash then I don’t see a point. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things. This was my first and most definitely will be my last time coming here.

After over a decade of coming here I had the worst customer service experience ever with a young man at the register. After ordering online on their business website, I arrived to pick my food up. I gave my last name and phone number, the young man could not find the order evening after I gave the information and said he did not see one. Finally, he looked over saw food and my number on it and said I did not give him the right name. I gave my last name instead of first and he said that is why he did not see it, although my full name was on the ticket. Upon arriving home the 4wings and fries that were 8.99 were over done and looked like a kids size meal. I call back to ask about the quality of the food and quantity, but mostly wanted food that was not burned. The young man cashier went on speaking about DoorDash and the pricing and I shared I did not order from DoorDash. Nonetheless I wanted edible food and he continue to ramble about DoorDash prices, I asked him to listen as I wanted my food remade originally, but he hangs the phone up after saying he didnt have time.

Upon return I sat the food on the counter and asked for a refund at this point. He was then on the phone with the owner being dishonest about what was happening as I wanted edible food originally and he never told her he hung the phone up on me, because I called back and he did not answer. Once she arrives I explain all of this to her, and that what disturb me nost is not only did he not want to find the order originally, that even in doing my due diligence in calling back to get the food remade, the employee felt it was ok to hang up on a paid customer who had burned food, and then was rude and disrespectful once I came in while the owner was on the phone. All I wanted was food remade, but I was made to wait until the owner came. Another 10mins by now.

At this point it is important to say that I have always been fond of the owner, and shared how hurt and disrespected I felt by her young employee who did not exemplify her standard. She was not there for any of the encounters with him, and I expressed how his dismissive behavior is something so many people experience from young men like him which is why many like him get categorized. I only wanted food remade and 30mins later having to explain how rude the young man was while he had not yet apologized or cared was awful. I only wanted a refund after I was hung up on. The owner offered to remake the food and apologized, however, I let her know he needed to apologize, which he finally did after I told him do not ever hang up on a customer who just did business. After literally 45mins from the time I called back and was hung up on, I could not believe how much time was wasted for a remake or either a refund, and was disheartened that me expressing my disappointment would seem to offend anyone when the young man was dismissive and uninformed. I truly hope if business owners are employing young people that those employees uphold the same standard as owners. After eating here over a decade and all that happened today I am sad that I do not feel comfortable coming back if she is not present. I literally only wanted quality food, and unfortunately the owner did not see how much her employee agitated and escalated things to begin with by calling and lying to protect his owner behavior. It was stated that his Father had come into the restaurant and I do hope the young man's Father and Mother share with him that in a right to work state, an employee should care as much about the customers as the owners do. Sad and disappointed. My food was remade, but I doubt anyone even understood the gravity of what all occurred and how all of it could have been avoided and it was at the customers expense. Online orders are not able to be refunded at the store in no kind of way, so the least her employee could have done was offered a remake, but he hung up and refused to hear me asking for a remake.

I ate here for the first time a few days ago and I can still taste the flavors of my meal. I decided to go with the pepper steak and fried rice and it was so delicious. The rice has the perfect consistency and texture while maintaining a very natural taste unlike some places where there is a slight after taste. The pepper steak was just amazing. I’ve had food from all around the world including the food frenzy Dubai and this dish was up to par with some of the popular restaurants there. The service was very friendly and informative. Melissa even helped me decide what to eat by explaining their flavors and didn’t rush me to order. Overall this place is an Orlando hidden gem if you’ve never been. Great flavors, variety, and consistency.

I was told it looks like it came from the soy sauce packet. In which I hadn’t even open the packet yet . You can clearly see it’s some cut plastic.
The lady was rude to tell me they only use steel on they kitchen . I’m not sure what that had to do with the plastic i chocked on . After spending over 40$ there.
