Ordered a pickup from Uber and it was a nice experience. On first impression, the vibes were really nice and you could tell the employees wanted to be there. They were all singing along to the radio and having a blast, however this didn’t stop them from being attentive as soon as I got to the counter. My burgers were missing the CC sauce, so I had to go back inside. Again, the employees were attentive and showed genuine concern for my return. I let them know it was missing the sauce and they offered just fully remake the burger. Highly recommended for sure!

Like most others I found this place on TikTok. We were in Orlando and decided to try it. I will say the people that worked there were very nice. I would suggest having a little more space between the two kiosks. There was a family next to us who was ordering and it just felt cramped. The menu is not extensive but that doesn't bother me nor do I think it should deter anyone from here. They're called cow & cheese and that's exactly what you can get 😂 We got the plain fries but they do have like some barbecue seasoned fries, will try next time. The burger was great. They don't have your traditional pepsi or coke products, it's a lesser known company of sodas. We don't drink soda so I can't speak to those. We did get their lemonade and it was indeed soulfully sweet 😂😂 It was a little TOO sweet not gonna lie. The place is pretty and CLEAN. and there's a lot of seating. Would definitely recommend 🙂 (Get the CC sauce)

This place 100% lives up to the hype! The burgers were amazing and the kwame fries are out of this world… highly recommend getting the cheese sauce to dunk the fries in!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well, and I will be adding this to my lunch rotation!

If I had to recommend the best smash burger experience in Orlando, Cow & Cheese would be my top choice without hesitation. The burger is outstanding in every way the smash technique, the seasoning, the cheese melt, the proportions, and the bun-to-patty balance are all spot-on. Even the fries are well-seasoned and perfectly complement the meal.

This is the kind of place that could sell just one signature item and still succeed. It is absolutely worth visiting, and you will not regret it. I rarely review casual dining spots, but this one deserves special recognition.

My only note is about table cleanliness. While the food hygiene is fine, the way tables are cleaned often just sprayed with sanitizer and wiped quickly feels a bit perfunctory. I’ve noticed this in many American restaurants, so it may be a common municipal practice rather than a reflection of the restaurant’s own standards. Other than that, everything here hits the mark.

Overall I would give this place a 4.8/5. I got the doc burger with all the veggie options, the seasoned fries and a drink.

For the burger it was a ten out of ten everything was perfect, I could definitely see myself having it again.

For the fries, the seasoning was good but for my taste it was a little over seasoned which is what takes me from the 5.0 to a 4.8 overall it is my only complaint.

For the drinks they do not have just a regular Coke / Pepsi machine and have their own drinks from a fountain. I had their cream soda and I have to say it is the best cream soda I have ever had. I don’t normally drink sodas and especially not cream soda but this place could convert me!
