This place at the mall it’s very convenient, the location it is always very clean but nobody seem to be interested, I do think the food and drinks are very overpriced for what you get, I really would like for menu to be more clear and descriptive of the items, the coconut drinks it is extremely sweet with the lychee popping boba, the mango strawberry it is a little more flavorful and balanced, the kiwi popping boba it is delicious the lady was very friendly they don’t talk much!

Been here over five times now. Pho soup is always delicious and better than the regular food court meals.

Run if you are getting the Strawberry Milk Tea with Boba. I have been to many places for Boba and by far this has been the worst. The tea tastes like water and the drink was pretty warm even with them added milk. Customer service was horrible they didn't want to replace the drink or give a refund. RUN…..

The broth barely tasted of anything, the beef was hard to chew and didn’t taste good as well. Overall a disappointment. I strongly recommend City Pho and Grill in Maitland instead. I’ve ate there 6 times now and so far no pho place even compares in the area. For any pho lovers, vietnomz in winter park is also pretty great!
