I placed my order in person with Dennise today Tuesday which I found very Rude, unprofessional no customer service skills at all. With a VERY RUDE AGGRESSIVE NASTY ATTITUDE. Since the beginning when I walked up to the window to placed my order she had an aggressive attitude never did she mentioned the words “Hi” no welcome approach at all. The atmosphere seems very tensive in that Starbucks especially with Dennise n also Kat another Rude lady this 2 HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Hopefully none of this 2 have the position of “managers” cause if the do I feel sorry for their co-workers! Both of them suck! Both have attitudes n they both seem TO HAVE AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDES POOR CO- workers that have to work with them! They both forget they work for the public and that rudeness, is not part of customer service! I rather drive farther n give my business to Dutch Bros. I would have put 0 ⭐️, but it wasn’t an option.

Super friendly and attentive staff! Ive had some issues with my drink order and the store manager Katherine and barista Hector have helped me in adjusting my order if needed so that my drink tastes great! They are patient and always have a smile to ensure our experience each time is amazing good one. Will definitely keep this starbucks in my rotation. 😊

this starbucks just opened this week and i want to comment on Steph and her exceptional customer service. it was my moms birthday and we went through the drive thru at 7:30 at night. we mentioned we wanted to use her birthday gift from starbucks.
steph took the time to write a sweet message on her cup and wish my mom a happy birthday.
on top of it all, it was one of the best matcha fraps my mom has ever had.
thank you steph! this will be my new go-to starbucks
