Wow. I had a long wait picking up someone from LAX so wanted boba. Gps led me to this nondescript place. Got the green Thai bob milk tea. Wow! Great flavor! Super subtle flower note, not so sweet, very light. Bob was warm and soft in the middle. This drink hits the boba spot and competes with the best of them in taste and in price.

Edit: Watch the ice! They give loads like 3/4 cup.

Best donuts. I come here everytime i am in town.

Overall what you get here is good I’ve been coming for 4 years very attentive quick everything is delicious and fresh. My go to is the honeydew milk tea boba delicious for that sweet tooth but overall love it

Really great spot. The banana split could serve like 4 people it’s huge and so good! Donuts are low cost and tasty. There’s seating for maybe 12 people inside.
