I just left this place. Came home with a half plate of food it seems. I ordered the #5 beef and shrimp bowl. What attracted me was the price. It seemed fair for today's market. But no. I don't recommend it. It's too little of a serving even for the price. Barely and beef 8 pieces of shrimp. Hardly any veggies. 2 broccoli heads. That's it. I feel robbed. Very unsatisfied.

My woman ordered first, I was thinking the cashier was going to ask me what I wanted next, nope told me 15.50 for one plate. My woman's food nothing special either. One broccoli head. That's it. Beef and shrimp portion lacking tremendously. Just bad overall

What really upset me was that there was a couple other people ahead of me when I saw their plate they could barely close it. The person before me asked for a little bit more beef which the line cook agreed to give him. I guess I was charged with that extra pieces of beef. What a disappointment. Foods ok. Nothing great. I rather go to a Chinese food restaurant or ohno.

First time never again. Small portions. Foods nothing to recommend either.

The food was too dry too overcooked horrible taste, and the chicken plates look like you were eating ground beef or ground chicken. They all just wanna cover it up with their teriyaki sauce, but some people can have that so when you ask them for something fresh they denied doing it for you. I would like for the owner to please contact me. His name is Sam’s. I mean, that’s what they told me. I don’t know, but I wish I could speak to him because it’s horrible. You tell him not to mix the rise and the veggies on the side and they denied doing that also in the city of DOWNY and the mall.

I been ordering food here for over a year it's delicious. Today the cook touches the raw shrimp then served my chicken on top..when I mentioned the cashier about a refund they said no. I looked very carefully for no refund sign but there was not..the guy had an attitude and he just started a few months ago because I seen when he first started..he mentioned he was the manager. I'm not sure how when there was a another person there way before him. When I called the number on the receipt was their store and no one picked up. I heard the "manager" tell the other worker not to pick up the phone because it was me calling. I let them know that they just contaminated my food by using the same spatula to flip the shrimp and that I'm allergic to shrimp, then they picked up my chicken with the same raw shrimp and poured it on my plate. They did not offer a new plate or to wipe the grill. They gave me a hard time. I asked for the corporate number or someone else I could call because that is not right but he gave me an atty and ignored me. The first time he ignored me so I spoke in Spanish to him so he could understand. Yes I was upset but I did not cuss them out. He got a bit loud but maybe due to the busy mall. I kept it professional and simply asked for my money back, a new meal and he said no I have to take that one. Does anyone know where I'm able to speak with someone about this situation possibly get my money back.

Located in the food court at Stonewood mall. Ordered the teriyaki chicken, the meal was tastless and terribly presented. The chicken was flavorless, the lettuce on the salad had gone bad it looked brown and w darker spots on its leaves, the California rolls were not fresh. I complained and asked how he could serve such a salad but got no answer from the chef. Would never try again

It’s only one person taking orders and food is nasty and the girl don’t speak English and she got mad at me because an don’t speak Spanish and they take two more checks because they have ghost employees
