Extremely expensive for breakfast foods and the buffet, not to mention the mandatory 20% gratuity automatically applied, but I personally really loved my breakfasts here during my 1 week stay at the Sheraton. The service was impeccable, everyone eventually knew me by name and was quick to fill me up on black coffee and ample portions of cream.

Yes, it is pricey and those who are not gainfully employed or staying for free at the hotel via their airline will find a reason to complain, but as a mere guest, I was happy to even tip extra on top.

I ordered primarily from the menu and enjoyed all sort of decadent treats. Sure, the presentation is not as grand as the bistro for the lunch and dinner service, but everything was very filling.

I would do 45 minutes at the very adequate and pleasant gym in the early morning and then have my daily breakfast, complete with cups of coffee and always, a bit of sourdough bread. On my last days, I did try the buffet and was surprised to find it was fantastic. They have really good pancakes which are constantly taken up buy fellow buffet patrons for obvious reasons.

The oatmeal was especially delicious, as was the French toast. Not the most filling breakfast I ever had, but all in all, very good. Was satisfied with the general quality of everything. The bilingual staff were friendly, fast and necessarily assertive. No mindlessly waiting for your check to arrive or anything. But fast service should not be mistaken for poor service, everyone was very attentive to me and my food, while underwhelming occasionally in appearance, was blissfully tasty.

And just the seemingly unlimited coffee and juice refills was such a pleasant time too.

This comes from 23 years in the food industry. The bacon was deep-fried, tasteless and over cooked. Powdered eggs. Need I say more. It was $46.
I wouldn't have paid $6 for it. I seen motel 6's that had a better food for free.

The buffet costs $35, and a 20% tip is automatically included—whether you like it or not.

First off, the food selection is extremely limited. No cold bar, no cheese, no olives, no smoked salmon—just a few hot items, and even those weren’t actually hot. Everything was cold, and they seriously need to update their food-warming system. The pastries weren’t any better. I had a croissant that didn’t taste fresh at all—probably from the day before—and, of course, it was cold too.

For the price, the quality and variety are ridiculously poor. If it were included with your room or priced more reasonably, maybe you could overlook it. But at $35, you expect something better than what you'd get at a basic hotel. This is Sheraton, and honestly, the quality was just unacceptable.

I wouldn’t return unless they make serious improvements. Save your money and go somewhere else. There’s a coffee shop in the lobby where you can grab a coffee and some snacks—definitely a better option!

The buffet breakfast was awful this morning. Stale crossiants, dry scrabbled eggs, rubbery dried up sausages , variety very poor considering it cost $46usd per person. So glad I wasn’t paying and Qantas was. Best thing about it was the service from our waiter who was awesome and provided 5 star service.

Worse service ever. They sat us at a dirty table and we waited 10 min for them to come and clean it. In that 10min I got up and asked if it was buffet or if we order at the table the waiter told me both without mentioning prices of the buffet. While we were still sitting/ standing around at a dirty table, They didn’t tell us prices of the buffet until after my family all got a plate. Food wasn’t even that good. We literally all ate eggs and bacon as we are gluten free and all got charged $35 a plate for 2 slices of bacon and a scoop of eggs.

When we told them everyone was only eating the one plate they said on no you are getting charged for the buffet.

It wasn’t the price it was the principal.
