Good food, decent price. Cashiers are very polite and friendly. Good service with a smile. I had the chicken salad, it was very good and tasty.

This used to be my spot but today will be my last time eating here. Not only did they get rid of my taco burger, which is one of the reasons I came here, but they raised their prices. This is not $15 worth of food. Good bye Tom’s

I ordered chili cheese pastrami fries and this is what I got. This is nasty! Chili way too salty, pastrami undercooked even though I specified I wanted it chopped/grilled and the fries are soggy. This can't be a real toms location. This is disgusting. The one of Long Beach Blvd is way better or even the other Florence location. This place is sad … worst Toms I've ever eaten 😑

Okay so this is a heads up for everybody in Downey, you got to stop going to all the local burger joints like Mr Pete's etc, I got this super nacho play for a little under $11, everywhere else they want 18 to $19,….. While everybody else is raising their prices, Thomas Burger stays consistently low and their food and service is always great, it's only common in sense people….. This will continue to be my go-to

Good portion for the price. They have a plate of Canasada, but you have to pay cash and you'll have to eat it there. It is a huge plate.
