I did not enjoy my cup of ice.
Purchased a venti horchata espresso. I believe the amount of liquid was of a tall cup. Extremely disappointing! The most expensive cup of ice I’ve ever bought. Also the female bartender was a bit rude.
Needless to say never coming back here.

I entered the store to ask for a cup of water and the manager said I can purchase a water. I explained my blood pressure was up because I had just came from the doctor down the street. I just wanted to take my medication. With my medication in hand she said I can read the store policy on the door. I attempted to purchase a cup of water and she said she couldn’t sale a cup of water. Obviously this treatment is normal towards black customers based on the comments. I see others have the same experience ,rude and just racist . I even called the corporation and received the same treatment. Looking forward to further inform others about the treatment here. It’s so sad people fall for the game of playing black and brown people against each other. Looking forward to raising awareness about this location

Went to this new location our first time and horrible experience barista kate was rude when I told her my drink was supposed to be iced caramel macchiato not hot and my croissant was missing also and I was nice about it even apologized when it wasn’t my mistake and she gave me the right drink she messed up again on the size now she gave me a grande instead of venti. Smh didn’t even bother to tell her anymore and then she handed my croissant all tossed in the bag smh. Please find another barista, if you keep her she would have people stop coming to this location honestly.

Love any interaction with the Barista at Starbucks. They friendly environment is a charm…

Is there a caramel shortage.i ask for extra caramel, and this is what I got
