I used to have to travel to Tijuana to be able to eat carnitas, but without a doubt these carnitas are very good, unfortunately the day I went they didn't have fresh waters but no problem, the food was very good, the flavor was very well balanced, neither too simple nor too salty, a 50/50 well balanced
The bad thing is that it is difficult to find a place to park but other than that they are good
