Tried it a few mins ago. Was upset because it’s got a nice steady clientele. Tried most of the meat selections. The asada was over cooked it had a cardboard texture and tasted a bit like cumin to me only. The chorizo was dusty crumbs dry. The Al pastor was juicy but didn’t have much taste. The buche was ok but too rubbery like texture.

I was definitely loving the Suadero!!!!! It is a bit oily and fatty but man that was so good. I’d recommend some of those for sure.

The sauces weren’t that good. Only the avocado sauce smacked a bit. Other than that just another taco stand on la streets unfortunately. With all due respect.

Hopefully they were just having a bad day cause like I said they had a decent crowd.
