Hands down the best falafel and dolmades I've had — and I'm a big fan of Greek food, so that's saying a lot! They fry the falafel fresh and to-order. 100% worth any wait!!!

She's knowledgeable, friendly, and intentional in providing an excellent experience for customers. I love the warm greetings and patience while ordering from their many options.

The spreads and toppings are fabulous. I got the Build Your Own Bowl and that thing was packed full. The prices are great!!! Hummus Xpress is a gem.

Nice patio area if you want to enjoy the weather. Open, bright, no frills interior.

This place is so good! I was walking by and smelled the food so I walked in. I’ve never had hummus before but I was willing to try something new and I’m glad I did. The staff is super nice and very informative. So far I’ve had the bowl and the wrap. The lemonades are good and interesting. They have so many different flavors. I recommend the passion fruit lemonade and the turmeric and ginger lemonade. I’ll be coming back again. It’s good clean food

The initial review was for when this same space was a Hummus Republic, at least over a year ago and a number of times before that but don't remember the dates, so I don't understand why it's posted here, but it is:
Closed early again! Staffing problems still? So disappointed!!

Came on Wednesday, February 08, 2023 @ ~ 3:15pm but now it's a Hummus Express (which is very similar to Hummus Republic but which served an incredible date/hummus smoothie). Everything was good. Great service and very attentive, friendly host. Also, the review list don't include a drinks category, but there are a number of flavored lemonades that are all interesting and tasty.

Tasty, good selection of toppings, well priced! I got a chicken shawarma bowl, and really enjoyed it. The lady who helped me was very kind, as well 🙂

The owner is super nice and knowledgeable – she pointed out which sauces paired nicely with each other. They have different themes every day of the week, my grandma and I came here on a Wrap Wednesday.
