Terrible store! I wanted to buy a nice bottle of whiskey for Father’s Day. I figured I would support a local small business instead of the chain liquor stores. The guy couldn’t be bothered with helping anyone! I was standing right in front of him waiting for him to finish his conversation on the phone he didn’t and after 2 minutes I just interrupted and asked for a specific brand of whiskey. With a quick glance he said he didn’t have it. I spotted it but decided not to buy it from that store!

Completely horrible customer service was completely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I placed an order on a delivery for an item I didn’t receive and was never refunded for what I paid for due to his dishonesty.

June 2, 2018. Expired food with a lot of mold in it! When I brought the expired food to the cashier and informed him about dozens of expired food and asked to remove it he began to yell at me. Stay away from this store if you don’t want to finish your day in the hospital with food poisoning. Pictures attached.

I usually enjoy shopping at this store, but today's experience has made me decide never to shop at Joes again. I stopped by Joes on my way home at 11:40 PM. According to their store hours, they are open until 12:00 AM on Fridays. As I was browsing the drink section, the employee at the front turned off all the lights in the store and started to lock the doors, even though the store was supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. I then took my drink to the front counter and placed it there, intending to also pick out some chips as a snack. But as I was looking at the chips, the employee, who had not said a word to me the entire time, passively said "we're closed." When I asked why he didn't tell me when I came in, he replied rudely, "you had time, but now you don't, so do you want the drink or not?" I declined and left. I was shocked by the employee's behavior – not only did he not greet me, but he also tried to rush me out when the store was still supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. I feel strongly about this and have decided not to support this business again. As a business owner myself, I strongly advise the ownership of this store to reconsider employing such a rude individual, as it will only hurt business. I am willing to update my review if the employee apologizes but he must be held accountable.
