Tacos were bomb. I usually get regular Asada Tacos with onions and cilantro. This usually tells me how good a place is.

The meat was fresh, tender, and flavorful. The red hot sauce was a good spice and their green sauce was flavorful.

The only bad thing was that they are on a pretty busy road.

A place visited by Mark Wiens and I got to say, I highly recommend this place.

The lady at the front taking orders was rude made faces when I asked for my order. I didn't get any as they said it is an hour wait and it will be 30 for half a rack!!!! I can go elsewhere get it for half the price for a full rack and be out in 5 minutes. I don't know what's going on also but it seems as if they only have ribs nowadays so no more bone marrow none of that. Mejor que lo cierren la neta. La doña amargada combinado con El espero de la comida nomas no. Una hora para unas costillas mejor se ubiera quedado en su casa y ya van 2 veces que pasa esto

We had to look for street parking and walk about a block over to the food truck. It was a 1.5 hour wait at 2:12PM on a Saturday. It was our first time so we had some questions about the menu before ordering. We ordered two cacahuate ribs, two bone marrow, and one costila taco. I thought we ordered the whole bone marrow but we just got bone marrow added to our tacos. We asked the cashier about it. He showed us the receipt and told us we had ordered the wrong thing even though we asked questions before ordering. The ribs weren’t fall off the bone but the spicy peanut flavor was good. The tacos were pretty heavy. Personally, we don’t think it was worth the 1.5 hour wait.

Don Pollon! The ribs…YES! The big bone with bone marrow…YES! You need to take a trip to Los Angeles, if for nothing else but to eat at Don Pollon!
We had the ribs with dry rub and the adobo and peanut success on the side. I preferred the ribs without any side sauce.
The bone marrow plate is impressive. You can get about 5 tacos per plate so I would order one person if that's the only thing you're choosing.
I would stick with a plate of 3 ribs and a bone marrow plate for 2 people.
We'll be back!

Ordered some rib tacos and Asada tacos. The Tortillas we’re good for being homemade. The ribs could've been better for waiting for 40+ minutes. The Asada was dry. All the tacos given were cold and weren’t that great. For the price and wait and no parking I’d say it wasn’t worth it.
