Very nice staff, fairly quick service, great food. Although I will say, I've had a bit of inconsistency with dishes like the taquitos dorados in how they're prepared. I'm mexican, I'm not sure if it's a central American thing to add radish and cucumber on top of this dish, although the first time they were big slices, so I simply removed them myself but the second time it was finely diced so be aware that dished with a lot of preparation could vary a bit from time to time. That being said, the pupusas as amazing! My favorite is the chicharon con queso, I'm a big guy, and I'm honestly good with one, although I wouldn't mind 3!
Small gem of LA. I thought it was just a taco place, but nope, quite a nice selection. And from the taste of it, very high quality food. Flavors are robust and the portions are more than enough. This a great find. Go for it
Do yourself a favor and get your Pupusa fix here. They are made fresh as soon as you order and let me say they are absolutely delicious! 10/10 would recommend! They do have a bit of wait because they are made to order, I wouldn't have it any other way though.
I been there just for casualty passing by several years ago, and becomes my favorite
Food is excellent, pupusa delicious, curtido, salsa and escabeche well done, I recommend you and experience for your self, there are also other’s plates that are very good and full of food
The waitresses are kindly and sweets
If you vegetarian you can order plates that with out meat,
If I could leave one star for all the star ratings I would. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and tried it at least five or six times. The pupusas are garbage. You're better off buying them in a parking lot. The inside of the restaurant is so disgusting and old and rundown. The cook has an attitude on her face constantly. Poor excuse for a taco maybe because they're Guatemalans and not Mexican because I never ate a bad taco from a Mexican. And if you're looking for a good pupusas make this your last resort.
