This place is so stingy with their sauce fries like you get 15 fries for some dry ahh wings HAHAH. And also what is all that about calling to pick up why am I begging and doing the most for these dry wings and 15 fries LOL. Shame on the independent franchise owner

Horrible experience!! I ordered 3 different flavors and it had NO sauce, pretty much plain and dry wings. Not sure why they’re so stingy with the sauces here. Every time I order, it’s always the same. I decided to call and speak to the manager which was nice and understanding at the time of the call and she did offer 10 free boneless wings for the issue. When I called to place the order and get my free wings, her attitude changed. She was mean and bothered for me to get my free wings. I had also placed a separate order that same day and come to find out the free wings and the ones I purchased were cold and not enough sauce again, very dry. Not sure why they offer free wings for the inconvenience and then be mean at the time of order and pickup and they weren’t even fresh and not enough sauce. Not ordering from here anymore! And do yourself a favor and DON’T come here!!!

Super slow service. Takes forever to get your food. Food was ready in front of me for 10 minutes before someone came out to hand it to me. Completely cold when received.

Such a horrible experience, how do your automated service get the order wronumber? 2, why do you not state that you are inside of a shopping center? Especially for people who do not live here. 3. is no Ringer or buzzer. You literally have to knock on the window to get service for someone to give you your food. #4 some one at the window who understands english well and is not trying to pick up on key words would be extremly helpful. The wing stop worker came to me with a phone to translate a message that the manager is in the bathroom and i need to wait after already waiting 25 min for them to correct my order.. this is ridiculous
