I ordered a small hot latte with 1 pump of hazelnut syrup only, but instead I was given a drink with 3 pumps of classic syrup. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn’t try it until I was already a mile away from the store. The drink ended up being much sweeter than what I asked for, and not what I wanted at all.
I usually expect Starbucks to get customizations right, especially when it’s a simple request. Please pay more attention to orders so customers don’t end up disappointed.

Ordered one of the new matcha drinks earlier this week, the barista was friendly and helpful and made the drink just right. It would have been nice if the Starbucks had a window view but you can't have it all I guess.

Employees cursing, would not let you sit in certain areas since they already cleaned it meanwhile there is still 2 hours until closing. Unprofessional and not reflective of Starbucks.

A brand new Starbucks inside the Beverly Center, level 7. So fresh! Just opened up! Cozy, clean with nice and lovely staff
