We've had many Korean style fried chickens from different places and we expected more, but this wasn't it. They served as chickens that were mammoth size, and it was scary and my wife didn't even eat it. It's like one of those Flintstone size. Plus the flavor wasn't all that great but they can always improve.

I really was so eager to try this place, as I work in the area. Stopped in to enjoy a nice dinner. The waitress was VERY inattentive and uninterested. I asked for a specific item on the menu and was told that it's not available. Not even another recommendation was offered. Very strange behavior from her. I just got up and left. The place was a ghost town, as I was the only one there. Maybe she was having a bad day? Do yourself a HUGE favor and go upstairs to the Thai spot. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Excellent food and service there.

I liked it. Good spot for KFC (Korean fried chicken). Inside is simple. Just a few tables. There's a small patio area. Seems more popular as a takeout option. The chicken was delicious. Great flavors. I also liked their kimchi fried rice. They also serve beer and soju. Service was ok. There's street meter parking or a small lot under the shopping center.

I ordered the original fried chicken wings (후라이드) and the honey lemon wings. I like the original fried flavor. It has a strong egg yolk taste which I love! And most importantly, it is not overly salty. I did not have to drink lots of water after eating them like the ones from some other fried chicken places.

The honey lemon flavor tastes very interesting. It’s a taste that I’ve never had elsewhere. Lemon makes it really refreshing. It is not greasy (느끼해) at all, but at the same time, it doesn’t really satisfy my craving for oily fried chicken Lol. It also tastes more like roasted than fried. So if you are looking for a “healthier” fried chicken, this is for you.

You can quote me on this: ✨Chicken Day has the BEST Fried Chicken in Los Angeles’ Koreatown✨ and it doesn’t just stop there! They have the all-star supporting cast of sides and sauces, endless flavorful entrees & appetizers, and an entourage of beers and soju that we made drinks out of

We had: Soju Bomb, Fried Chicken, onion rings, French fries, Corn Cheese, Deep Fried Dumplings, Rosé Dduk Bbok Gi, Rice Burger & Fried Rice
