Parked by the Ralphs parking lot. It can be good but sometimes too oily. I got cabeza, asada, tripas. On this visit the tripas tasted like over fried crumbs. Asada was okay. Cabeza was tender but could use seasoning. I got the grilled onions and a serrano upon request.

Mario is the best host! The food is much better than expected. Tacos, quesa tacos and mulitas are the best in town. I also have horchata, makes me feel like In Mexico. Congratulations to Mario

The cashier here (chubby bald guy) is rude! He acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking your order. No hospitality at all. Not just on one occasion but regularly. I brought my sister once, and he kept staring at her like a weirdo. Besides the bad customer service, the food is meh. Often times it is very greasy, overcooked, and sometimes burnt. I tried so many times to give this place a chance but it is just not a good place to eat anymore.
This place used to be great! When the owner Arandino was present. Their original food truck on Valley/San Gabriel was top notch! This truck used to have great food, quick turnaround, and friendly service- when it first came onto the scene as one of the only taco trucks in Monterey Park. But since then, quality has gone down dramatically. It’s only convenient because it’s close by, and there isn’t many other late night taco options nearby. I won’t be patronizing this place anymore, and do not recommend it.

What's for dessert after eating beef stew & tendon soup w/ handmade noodles at Mandarin Noodle House? Tacos!

Located on busy Atlantic Blvd., in front of GW Supermarket, Arandino's Tacos El Patron whips up tacos & other delights for poquito dinero. Besides the usual & ordinary protein choices, Arandino's has the offal I awfully want – tripas, lengua & cabeza! Plus, tacos are only $2!

Steaming hot & packed with meat, the tacos were a steal for $2. My favorite being lengua, I managed to make room for the taco trio after having dinner, just prior. One minor complaint was the lack of accompanying sauce (red or green). I asked for "todo" (everything included), so I found it odd the tacos were sans sauce. Perhaps sauce is extra?

Service was good. I paid cash & had my taco trio in no time. The truck does move locations, depending upon the lack of business. But, I believe this is where they start their afternoon.

Tacos, $2. What other selling points do you need? I absolutely devoured my tacos of "nasty" bits. The meat was tender, and satisfying to the palate. I'd stop by multiple times a week, if I lived in the area. Cheap eats, luxurious favor. Get you some!
