The service was fantastic, thanks to the awesome and friendly lady who helped. If you're looking for a great value, the curry lunch special is a must-try – it's a steal at just $10. However, the orange chicken and fried rice lunch special should be avoided, as the rice in both dishes was unfortunately bad. Chicken wings was 4/10.

So, dropped in this shopping center for some authentic Thai goodies for takeout. I usually pop in and order from Ruen Pair but they open at 4pm. It was noon & I needed food ASAP. All the window menus looked enticing but the shop in the back w/a big shabu shabu sign has a large 20% off Grand Opening sign…hey, I’m all for supporting new businesses w/discounts. Ordered my usuals: tofu pad Thai, papaya salad w/side of crispy pork belly, mango sweet rice. Everything was delicious. I doubt the restaurant is still shabu shabu hotpot…the owners are new and speaks limited English and I couldn’t find them on YELP. For now, just head to the back of that shopping center and look for the 20% off sign. Note: it’s not 20% off the printed menu, the price is already 20% off…a little shady but the delicious food made up for it. Anyway, $12 tofu pad Thai is a good price these days.
