I've been coming here since the 80s. Any time I'm in the area I gotta stop to get some tacos. The al pastor and asada are my go to

It's pretty pricey for small portion.. same size burrito as King Taco and more expensive $8.50 (more rice and beans and a pinch of meat) taco is small for $1.75. I guess gentrification hitting hard here.. Carnitas was good but that asada meat definitely dried.. definitely don't taste the same as back in the day I'll stay with East Los/Boyle Heights Tacos better

The best tacos ever! I drive from Ventura county just to enjoy these mouth watering tacos. their salsa is the best! If you like really spicy try the red one, the green one is not too hot. I’ve been going to this place for more than 20 years.

We used to live in Highland Park when I was a kid and we've been coming to this taco truck since it started back in good ol' 1980. The best tacos I've ever had in my life. There are no other tacos spots that can even come close. I was a little sad to know that they no longer have lengua tacos, but the cabeza, al pastor and cabeza are the bomb! The red salsa is delicious! Everybody talks about Kong Taco, but let me tell you that this place is 100 times better.
