Food, service, atmosphere is all amazing. Took friends on a curated taco tour the other week and all agreed these are some of the best tacos in all of LA. Fresh tortillas handmade on the spot and the pastor and asada is my go to. So good typing this I might just go right now…

The BEST tacos in L.A. IMHO. Handmade tortillas, several types of meat, Burritos & Nachos if you want. The works if you want it: guac, different chili sauces. Sliced radish, marinated red onions, roasted tomatoes & jalapenos.

This spot is great! Just watching them make the tortillas FRESH was so satisfying! We went late though, around 11pm, so they were low on some ingredients. We got a quesadilla, and I noticed they skimped on the cheese, there were no more onion and cilantro, but they put so much meat!! I just wish they'd put more cheese, but I also understand that they were probably trying to stretch the cheese that had until closing. Would still go back there tho ⭐️

I had suuuuch high hopes for this place. Don't get me wrong, the tacos were very tasty, just soooo greasy!! My asada taco grease got all over. I mean, it didn't stop me from eating most of my food 😬🤣…. but the grease floating on my plate was a lil bit of a disappointment. 😩 Hubby's tacos were REALLY GOOD, no grease so maybe it was a bad asada night. I'LL BE BACK though…. to giver her another try.

The long lines are certainly true, be told here.

A popular stop for great tacos for quite a long time now, this street taco stand has won over both locals and visitors alike. An explosion of fans from word of mouth has really created the craze.

There is a bit of a hit or miss here. I have had some great plates, and sometimes not so great. The food is good here, but competition is high in Los Angeles, especially when you're in Highland Park adjacent.

Most visitors rave about the Al Pastor, but I think the star here is the Asada.

Prices have also risen with popularity; however, there are other stands
that offer some better tastes, salsas, and are less crowded.
