**Edited again after last delivery** unless their game was off, the food quality has changed. The fried avocado isn't deep fried and the quality of the sandwich has declined. It seemed like someone slapped it together. For as much as they charge, I don't find myself ordering because I don't want to be disappointed. Hopefully, the quality goes back to what it used to be because that fried avocado sandwich was really good (sometimes I'd add meat). Now, I basically cook instead of ordering because I can make it way better. It was a nice treat when the food was better.
*Edited after pickup order just now LOL: Ordered delivery as *they are a virtual "ghost" restaurant [it's Pineapple Hill Saloon near the In n Out; they are also Cravy Gravy]. I suggest ordering from PHS cause you'll have more menu options; plus, prices are cheaper. I don't feel bamboozled cause it's good (and now that I know what the restaurant really is
I'll def try more)!! The sandwiches look just like they do in the pictures. They are really filling and so tasty; the eggs are very fluffy!! Hash browns are good too. I've been craving another already; we just ordered about a week ago. I agree with the other review about the sauce. They are heavy handed, and i like sauce [*2nd try wasn't too much]. I'm looking forward to ordering again (might get light sauce). FYI, if you're like me and like to customize, you can't do a lot of modifications with HH. I ordered the one with the fried avo +sausage, and highly recommend!! They switched our bread by mistake. I ordered brioche and received everything bagel. No big deal I like a good everything bagel. It was interesting; it worked for the sandwich because it was soft, but if I wanted what I think of as a traditional bagel, I would've been disappointed (maybe it's a boil-less bagel. I recently learned of a "bialy.") So, if you're used to a dense bagel, maybe don't get it. If you want a bagel but don't mind it being soft, try it. *2nd try: order spicy bacon on brioche. It's not spicy at all and it doesn't seem like brioche, but a good hamburger bun. I'm not mad at it, but I'll probably switch back to the bialy bagel for the next visit. Pics are (1) crispy chili aioli on everything (2) spicy bacon jam on brioche. I'd give them a 8 or 9/10. Give HH (aka Pineapple Hill Saloon) a try.
I would give a zero if I could. Their "hashbrowns" are tater tots. I ordered TWO sides of hashbrowns and received 10 total tater tots. Their french toast is the saddest version I have ever seen in my life and the amount you get is incredibly small. I never got my drink. Their bacon is also a joke, especially for the price. I ordered 4 pieces of bacon, got 2 and the 2 that I got looked like it should have been 1 piece that was split into 2. This is one of the worst eating experiences I have had. I have been to prison and was in the military and attended public schools. All three of those beat this place, hands down.
Placed an order on Uber eats for this sad excuse of a restaurant and hopefully Uber eats will do the right thing and refund my money. Placed an order for French toast sticks, 4 sandwiches, orange juices and several hash browns. They are falsely advertising their food as the hash browns I was tricked into buying from the photos were 4 single tater tots in a container bowl, they gave apple juices instead of orange juices, the French toast sticks are a piece of sandwich bread that they slapped some cinnamon on and cut into 4 pieces and they didn’t give syrup, oh and the sandwiches had been microwaved for whatever reason so the bread was like cardboard and inedible and the customizations that we were charged extra for were not put on them. Sad excuse for a restaurant… how does one completely destroy breakfast food and make it inedible? Didn’t think it was possible but this place surly killed breakfast. Not sure how there still in business
They have really good sandwiches (sometimes) the quality is different every time. Sometimes they forget to put sauce then you have the driest sandwich to choke down. They also say they close at 7:45 but canceled my order at 3:20pm. Not worth the gamble imo.
Ordered the bagel sandwich on Uber eats. It was great it just has too much aioli in it.
