ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE — this place should be shut down. The waitress was rude and glued to her phone, ignored customers, and we had to chase her just to get our food and the check. Our order arrived incomplete after a very long wait, and she still demanded tips — then started yelling when she didn’t get them. The food was mediocre and the atmosphere was awful. Complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

The service is HORRIBLE, most of there reviews are about there attitude and I still didn't listen. I spent $200 for food for my employees and I regret giving them my money. I should've walked away after the disrespectful service… P.S. the food is ok, the service stinks which makes it 👎.

I love this place, always has fresh meat. My favorite plate is beef shishkebab.

Terrible, if not to say horrible experience, spent 80 dollars for fillet mignon, ribs, all had to throw away, salty, overcooked, and the meat wasn't fillet mignon. Never come back , and they don't deserve even one star, they think that can trick somebody, dishonest people, hope they will be closed soon.

That restaurant needs to work its customer service, the person that takes the orders thinks she is doing us a favor by taking orders. I asked several questions about the menu and she replied saying "look the menu" and "what do you want" at the point that she looked annoyed by my fair questions, at the end my order wasn't what I expected because of the lack of information about the menu. She had a bad attitude like she hates to work there. The food was average but I'm never coming back, if you want to try a good Mediterranean food with excellent customer service just drive a couple of miles north and go to Tender Grill Cafe in San Fernando.
