My country fried steak was tender, crispy and included wonderfully delicious gravy. My husband ordered the 10 oz. rib eye steak. He said it was delicious, perfectly cooked, and he will gladly order the same again. Our baked potatoes was super delicious, real, true baked potatoes with crispy real baked skins. The salad bar was simple, but delicious. You have to ask for cherry tomatoes, but they should really ask customers whether or not we want tomatoes instead of relying on customers to know to ask for them. They could raise their prices, and not lose customers, their food tastes that good! We will return next time we are in Dallas, and will tell others about this wonderful restaurant. Almost forgot, they have a dessert cooler opposite the cash register, and it is filled with delicious looking pies and beautiful cakes! They even have my favorite, carrott cake, and my husbands favorite apple pie! Oh, and parking on the street out front is free after 4 pm.

It's a huge disappointment!!! Not fulfilling! Food is not freshly prepared.. Establishment ran down. It started to rain outside, just so happen I was sitting under the AC vent. It began to drip on me and my food.

I had Chicken Fried Chicken – it was the size of McDonald's hamburger, and my date had Country Fried Steak – it was a lil bigger than mine… I never heard it the food cook. I would've done better at Grandy's!! I'll never grace this place again!!! It's a nope for me. We left here and went to eat somewhere else… I tried to eat it all. NO!

Some joints are a total shot in the dark, this joint really was. Boss Lady and I came in for lunch due to the reviews…bad mistake. Don't get me wrong, the food isn't too bad, but with a name like this. We half expected meet to be grilled on open flames…it wasn't. I can make a better burger at home.

Also, the place needs a whole lotta renovation and TLC. The staff was nice enough but somewhat cold.

Won't be back.

Very fresh , huge, and tasty bacon cheeseburger!!!! About the price as fast food!!! Steak patty filled the bun and bacon thick cut DELICIOUS!!!!!!

I ordered the ¹/2 pound burger combo. The meat was kinda chewy and tough even though I ate it 10 minutes later.
Fries aren't so good.
Parking lot is full of bad drivers who think they're in a hurry with their wreck-less driving habits..
