I found them on Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park on my way home in this chilling night. I've had a long day at work and my belly was flat. I need food. So I stopped in front of their yellow truck and Hazel told me that chicken plate is really good. And she didn't lie to me. It is beyond amazing! I've never tried any Salvatore food but this is way too good. Definitely beyond my expectations! If you thought you don't like Hispanic food, you should try this place. Chef Will really knows about food. He saw me shaking in the cold breeze so he gave me a saucer of sample fries. It tastes like heaven. Seriously!!! I'm not kidding. Chef Will knows what is real cuisine. The seasoning is not too crazy but just perfect for flavor. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the papusas here! Love that everything is made to order. They were also super sweet and gave me a free drink for being the first customer of the day! I’ll be back to try more, thanks!! 🤗

At the food truck they serve you the pupusas in a cardboard box, the salad and the sauce wet the pupusa into a mess. The fruit salad drink should be called apple drink because it just has that and it tasted more like water. For how expensive they charge for their menus, they should take care of what they serve.

Almost $90 for a family of 4… I would have gotten more food at the same price anywhere else. Usually I try to leave some type of positive review. This food truck that goes by Pupusas on Wheels and charges you as Big Grandma's Kitchen fails every aspect possible. I experienced thier food truck at a Dia de Los Murtos event at Forest Lawn Memorial in Covina. At first I thought the food was going to be worth it because of what their prices where. I'm a strong believer in you get what you pay for. Yet the the size of the food was not even close to average. The pupusas where very small, maybe that's why they hide there prices in such small numbers. Then to top it off, the food was ordered togo. The guy who was giving me my order wanted to charge an extra dollar per plate to serve my family food I ordered. With an attitude he kept trying to trow my food in my face without my plates basically trying to get rid of me. This food truck had horrible customer service. I understand large events are a bit hectic but they are the ones who are getting paid. If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

One of the best vegan pupusas I’ve tried so far
