Absolutely delicious! Birriería Cárdenas has hands down the best birria I’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The handmade tortillas take everything to another level — fresh, soft, and just the right touch of home-cooked goodness. And the sweetest part of it all? The lovely lady who attends the tables with such warmth and care. She made the whole experience feel like a comforting meal at grandma’s house. Can’t wait to come back!

I went on a Thursday afternoon around 1pm. I ordered the goat birria in the bowl. It comes with onions,cilantro,hot sauce, lemons, and homemade tortillas. The soup was extremely hot temperature wise. The meat was overcooked, and the pieces they gave were slim. The total cost was $17.70 plus tax and gratuity. The area is not the best place. Coming from a household that ate goat birria regularly, this place was okay. Definitely not going back.
