My family and I visited the Dallas Zoo and were looking to try something new. We instantly regretted it! First and foremost, the employees were rude and unprofessional. The food was over priced. When I asked to add sauce it would have been an additional $2 and change per sauce, which was about 2 tablespoons worth each. They didn't have any condiments available. We were not given a waiting time period so we ended up waiting for about 20-30 minutes, they weren't busy so that was unexpected. I asked if our food came with french fries and was told yes, just to be disappointed with greasy sweet potato waffle fries. The chicken was so bland and dry. I wished we would've just kept walking and not spent our $60 for 8 tenders and 3 drinks, the fries went in the trash because they tasted like a grease trap.

I really wish we would’ve looked at the reviews before we decided to eat here. Family of four spend about $90 to get shorted a chicken strip, have zero condiments to eat them with, they have no seasoning, and only serve sweet potato fries, which I love but was a big bummer for my kids and wouldn’t really have been an issue except no where did it say? They only serve sweet potato fries. Overall super underwhelming and disappointing. Hope you’re reading this before you have to leave your own bad review.

Visited today at the Dallas Zoo. The chicken was okay, the sweet potato waffle fries were extra greasy. No condiments. The negative aspect really stemmed from the employees. There were three young women at the cash register, all talking amongst themselves, which is fine, but we walked up to order and they didn’t even look at us. They kept on their conversation about measuring feet, of all things. After two minutes of standing 6 inches away, clearly waiting to order, my husband finally asked politely if we could place an order, and one just begrudgingly sighed and said “sure”. They took our order and about 15 minutes later handed over a basket without another word, and with bothered, “how dare we visit”, attitudes. Definitely not worth $15.

My husband and I split their grilled cheese and curly fries. It was so good and flavorful! We can't wait to eat here again! Our son munched on some fries and also loved it!

Chicken fingers were TERRIBLE, the breading was flavorless and had a hint of freezer burn. They had no soft drinks or no condiments, had to go to the main restaurant to get those. Fries as well tasted like they were in a freezer for a decade. Would never ever waste money on this food again
