Finally decided to try this spot on a Friday night as we always see a big line of people when we drive by. Also, I was excited to eat inside the bus! Ha-ha
So, we get there and place our order right away. Prices are decent. We ordered the Mixtas Guatemaltecas, Churracaso Chapin, and Asada Don Shuco. As for beverages they have a good selection, I decided to get the pineapple soda. The order took about 20 minutes and they don't bring it to you, you have to go get it. It was hot and fresh and a good amount of meat. Everyone devoured their food and we all had positive feed back. I forgot to take pictures of all the food but took a picture of my Asada Don Shuco. I enjoyed being in the bus! It was clean and roomy, and they have a paper towel dispenser inside the bus on the wall, towards the front.
Parking was easy, there's plenty of free parking behind the restaurant and on the sides. I would definitely come back and this time I want to try the Mixtas Guatemaletcas! Also, one of the sandwiches you order comes inside a cute box. I didn't order it but I wanted one to show you guys so I asked if I could have a box and the girl said yes. Ha-ha they are very nice and she even complimented my nails! If you in the area and hungry, give this spot a try!!
I dont know what these people in the comment sections are talking about. There is always a LINE on weekends. I was wondering what the hype is about and decided to try this place out. Shuco seemed the best and understandable option for me as a foreigner. And OMG did it taste good. Soft and crispy bread, pickled cabbage, 3 types of meat – sausage, beef and chicken and the special sauce kinda like Mayotchup.
The service was fast, the price of $10 pleasantly surprised me.
They have a themed school bus parked next to the cafe. The interior was boring and lacked of national decoration.
That Shuco sandwich was sooo good. Worth every penny. They have a believe the bigger version called Shuco Metrolink – gotta try that next time.
Highly recommended 👍
We liked to come here to eat shucos everything we visit LA. But this time the food was different. And they didn't have everything avaliable in the menu. Next time we will try the other location.
Too expensive, meat was hard, too long to process a order, needs more flavor. But they are very friendly .
This place was horrible! I wanted to try it cause I always pass by it and I finally did and regret it so much. You have to wait too damn long to get your food and there’s workers walking around not doing anything. The prices are also too damn high for the amount of food you get. I will never go back!
