Great authentic small Mexican restaurant
The burritos were ok, in my opinion I'd say they have to season just a bit more and honestly keep their rice more hydrated and fresh. All in all the food was ok n the temperature of the food was good.
Would I recommend to others maybe
Also don't get the torta the bread comes to soggy n way too thin.

The worst experience I have ever encountered, and Bad customer service, and not that alone the food was cold and tasted disgusting. So I went in today and they didn’t even give me my order correct they added hot sauce on all of my five burrritos it was super spicy i couldn’t eat it whent back and was told they can’t fix the issue that they couldn’t do anything about the order and I’m allergic to spicy food and they still didn’t consider give me new order never ever going back again. guys don’t go here food isn’t even all that.

I've been to other El Taco Llama restaurants, and this location is great! The food had good flavor, and our food was hot (temperature).

We ordered the gordita and Taco combo and a side of gordita only.

The rice had good flavor, the beans were delicious. Overall it was a good experience. We would definitely be returning to this location.

I recently dined at El taco llama, Pacoima, Osborne St and ordered the "caldo de Res," which turned out to be one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The dish lacked any real flavor, making it a disappointing and disgusting experience from the first bite. To make matters worse, the tortillas were nearly a quarter-inch thick and had the texture of rubber—completely inedible. Unfortunately, this was the worst food I've ever eaten, and I can't recommend it to anyone

This place is ready for a makeover, but as far as the food is concerned, it is terrific, very delicious, very Hearty, very satisfying. You can try your luck out there at the taco stands along Laurel Canyon boulevard, or you can eat in a restaurant that has the county rating A, with a clean bathroom and And a working air conditioning system. I give this place five stars because of the food and because of the attention given to the food and the people that are very courteous, kind, and considerate.
