The staff was tremendous, providing great help and engaging in pleasant conversation. The food was lovely, leaving me feeling quite full, and I didn't need to eat during my ten-hour flight.

The sandwich was full of flavor, and the quantity was generous.

My sister and I wanted a quick snack before our flight ✈️ to Nola. We went with fries at Fat Sals. Service was okay, but the fries took a minute to arrive and were a bit lukewarm—not hot and crispy like we asked. Probably wouldn’t recommend or go back, especially since there are other options in the terminal.

I got the Fat Texas. Bread was dry, fries were soggy, very little meat on it, all fries and mozzarella sticks. Not worth $26.07. The service was super slow and orders came out randomly. Some people waited 15 to 20 minutes. So, if you are in a rush to catch your flight skip this place.

This place is not bad. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was decent and it came out quick. Tater tots good.
It’s exactly the fast food you’d expect and I don’t think they claim to be any different.

Popped in on the way home from Tokyo with the intention of having a beer or two before hitting the Delta lounge and I ended up staying the entire wait.

Austin is the best. Super personable and smart, quick to take care of everyone and wonderful to chat with.

The food was great. Delicious and filling. Great brews too (though it'd be nice to have a couple more beer selections).

Great spot to stop as you move through terminal 3.
