Random Mexican restaurant. It wasn’t bad. Food was good.

I was looking forward to having a torta at this spot. But it was not meant to be. The lady at the counter was exceptionally rude and became even more so when she couldn’t work the POS machine. Even though I speak Spanish and tried helping her, she wasn’t having it. So I left without ordering anything. Situations like these are upsetting. Because I want to support my community and local businesses but it seems unappreciated by the lack of hospitality. I can’t help but wonder if sometimes the very nature of me being Hispanic is a disadvantage at Latin American restaurants. Perhaps that is inaccurate but one thing is certain, I will not be stopping at this spot again.
