I had such an amazing experience at Istronga Vegan Café! I ordered the vegan platter and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and filling without being heavy. I also tried their Slippery Elm Nah Tired drink, and let me just say… it was a game-changer. Not only was it soothing and tasty, but later that night I had the best sleep I’ve had in years.

The energy and care they put into their food and products really shines through. Everything felt nourishing, intentional, and made with love. If you’re looking for food that feeds both your body and your soul, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this spot for years—back when it was known as Konata’s. Now under the name Istronga, one thing hasn’t changed: the food is still absolutely phenomenal.

Let me be clear—this is hands-down the best Vegan Ital food you’ll find. No fake soy chunks or overly processed substitutes. This is real, soulful, from-the-heart cooking that tastes like it came straight out of a Caribbean kitchen. Every bite is flavorful, fresh, and nourishing.

You don’t just eat here—you feel the food. And when you finish your plate, you don’t feel heavy or sluggish… you feel good. Full, satisfied, and grateful.

I ordered from door dash and i am SO happy i got to eat this food. I’m vegan and an OTR truck driver, so fitting my truck into places i really wanna try is rare. I’m saying a prayer and blessing before every bite because this is beyond beautiful food. I wish i could eat this every day, many blessings and love to this establishment🧡 Keep it up

Some of the best food I’ve had in a while, this food is truly a gift from God. The flavors take you for a unique trip around the garden packed full of fresh, organic, and authentic Caribbean flavors. I loved every single bite and don’t get me started on the sea-moss beverage! Super fresh and invigorating, just as the service. It was a pleasure speaking to Kimmy and Karen and being educated on what I’m putting into my body. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will be back for more!
