I ordered take out from here recently through Grubhub. Me and my family were excited to try this new restaurant since it is so close to our house. About 30 minutes after I ordered I went to pick it up. When I got there, there was no clear entrance in front despite the neon open sign, so I walked around to the side and walked in the side door and up the stairs. There were two young girls sitting at the front, and I told them I was there to pick up my order. They didn’t speak English so they went to find a man who I believe was the owner. I told him I was there to pick up my order and showed him my receipt. He said that he was having trouble with Grubhub and didn’t receive my order. I asked how he wanted to proceed and I saw one of the girls pull my order up on the screen and he yelled at the 2 girls in a different language, he didn’t offer to make the order that I had paid for. He told me to ask Grubhub to cancel the order and he told me to leave. I have never experienced anything like this at a place of business before. It was unclear if the kitchen was even open. Is this place legit? Is it a front for something else? I am unsure.

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Jazzve Garden Cafe during the Silva Hakopyan concert. We paid $120 per person, expecting decent service and food, but it was a total letdown.
It was supposedly going to start at 7, it was 8 o’clock there wasn’t even a cup of water on the table.
First of all, they didn’t even serve us food—we had to stand in line like it was a cafeteria. The food was literally served in PLASTIC. For the price we paid, that’s absolutely unacceptable. When we finally got our plates, the food was disgusting—poor quality, barely warm, and not fresh at all. There were no fruits, no desserts, nothing that felt even remotely worth the money.
It felt completely disorganized, and the staff seemed overwhelmed or indifferent. We came for a nice night out and ended up frustrated and hungry. Honestly, the only good thing about the night was Silva Hakopyan herself—she deserves better than to perform at such a poorly run venue.
Would never recommend this place. Total ripoff.

Food was very mediocre. The place was so loud. I could not even hear my family or friends speak. Service was one star out of five I will never come here again terrible place terrible service.

Do not go this is the WORST MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE THEY DONT EVEN WASH THERE HANDS !!
I saw cockroaches and my food had a worm in it please BEWARE DO NOT GO !

We had a very nice visit. Food was delicious!
