The service was amazing and they are so very nice and attentive. Even helped me bag up any leftovers. The food was good just a bit overly salty for my taste.

I never had a lobster roll but I tried one here, it came on a sweet roll and was really good!

So I'm thankful that our city finally has a boiling crab / bag o crab competitor. Good service. Good sushi. But the star of the show, the pound of shrimp lacks just a little. When compared to competitor it lacks. Talking especially about the Cajun style. The sauce is not there. They need to sauce that up. But it was fine. Hoping to see better and will go back again for other options.

Just finished Jumpin' Lobster, and I had a great experience. Alex and Eileen took care of me—they were super kind and made sure I had everything I needed. I went for the salmon with rice and veggies. It was a bit on the dry side, but honestly, it was delicious even that way. I swapped out the regular sauce for the Cajun sauce, and it really hit the spot. The whole meal was about $20, which felt like a good deal. I’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend it!

The Good:
Staff is great. Really nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean and seating was comfortable.
The Bad:
I got the lobster roll. The lobster was over cooked. Really chewy and stringy. There was also tiny bits and pieces of something hard in it. Maybe bits of shell? Disappointing for a $30 sandwich.
I hope this was an exception and not the norm.
