Overall decent portion of meat
Tripas crispy – had a little bit of that offal taste. I wasn’t really that much of a fan but it was still decent. I would not order it next time though.

Lengua – had a firm bite. Overall ok.

Cabeza – very soft and flavorful. Good fat distribution throughout. Maybe 1/3 fat, but not in hard to chew chunks. This might be the best cabeza I’ve had in a little while due to the texture and flavor. I’ll definitely get this next time. Maybe in burrito form.

There is a small table for maybe up to 6 people to sit at.

I love their salsa and alpastor tacos🤤 but check your order before leaving, I have had a few missing tacos during my visits.

Excellent tacos de al pastor and burritos. They have a special on Wednesday 2 for the price of 1 for tacos.
