Best restaurant in highland park. This LA staple has been at it for 50+ years and the flavor is consitant, the staff is super friendly, and the prices are always easy on the wallet. My always order is a steak picado burrito and a cheeseburger. Amen

Slightly hidden gem in Highland Park. Used to live in the area and just found out about this family owned restaurant. Service was great, attentive and very welcoming. Food was delicious, lots of classic Mexican dishes and options. The milanesa was very good!

The vibes here are amazing and the food is even better. The service is so friendly and getting to hear the history of it was a joy. Will definitely be coming back!

The food here is very good with delicious vegetarian options. There is free street parking. The building itself looks like an abandoned house, but the door at the corner is open when the Open sign is on. The servers are very nice, take their time explaining what you want to order, and talk to you for a little while if you wish to have a short conversation in either English or Spanish. Prices are good.
