Tacos are served on a plastic basket with paper liners, I tried tacos of tasajo, cabeza, tripas, buche, the meat was well seasoned tripas and buche were crispy outside soft in the inside, self serve condiments so can costumize the taco to my liking, condiments were fresh.
The place is clean, offer tables and stools under a tent with light and a TV to watch the novela while eating, overall is a good place hoping to try the Oaxacan items next time
Best tacos in Los Angeles and Hollywood area! Is Very Authentic & delicious Oaxacan food, they have a variety of foods on their menu, you must try their asada tacos, tortas, quesadilla Oaxaqueña, horchata and champurrado with very unique flavor.
Owners are very nice, their customer service is the best! This spot is family friendly and super clean!
Great food, I always start by judging their pain tacos. And every meat I had tasted great, was cooked well, and wasn't dry.
Second thing I tend to get is their own Oaxacan style quesadilla. Large corn tortilla, beans, cheese, and vegetable.
The guys running the truck are also kind and even though they don't speak the best English, they'll do their best to do small team
They have a dining room set up next to the truck with a TV, and plenty of salsas and assorted toppings for your food.
You also get charged differently if you pay with cash vs cash. So I always tend to stop by an ATM and grab a bit of money knowing that I can save in a card processing fee as well as taxes.
These tacos are really good. The ingredients that they have out to pick from always look and taste very fresh, as if they they just cut everything up right before you showed up.
I've had the tripas doradas, asada, and chorizo tacos and all are great, and this is coming from someone that drives around looking for the best tasting tacos around LA. I liked this enough to go right back, the next two days, and try more. They have the choice of asada fries or nachos, that are also high quality taste.
Some of the better tasting Agua frescas that I've had in a while. From the ones that I tasted, they have Horchatta that actually tastes homemade, and they even ask you if you want ground up nuez (walnuts) in it, which was new to me, but it was delicious! The Jamaica tasted freshly made as well. They have freshly made agua de chilacayote (a sweet tasting Mexican squash), that taste sweeter than I though it would, but it was good.
So far, it seems like no matter what you choose to get, you won't be disappointed. It's good down to even the tortillas, themselves. They have four small tables and a big canopy set up, if you want to eat there. Please look at my pictures for meat options.
I reccomend it, and if you're looking for tacos, you should give this place a try!
They take CARDS and ZELLE!
LOVE THIS PLACE GREAT FOOD FAST SERVICE AND THEY ACCEPT APPLE PAY. Consistent times they are always here when the times shown on their schedule say. They have outside dining for eat in too. Give them a try!
