Hands down the BEST fish and chips i've ever had. I was so worried they were going to be like frozen carnival food style but THESE were hand dipped in a super light batter and the flakiest,meatiest freshest fish i've had.
Not to mention the from scratch tartar sauce that is also amazing to dip those big steak fries in.
I literally couldnt stop talking about this fish and chips for the entire rest of the day. Yum.

Place has a limited menu, but is the type of food you would expect on a boardwalk like this. Tried the lobster roll and fries, clam chowder and fish and chips. Surprising, the fish was the stand out. The square shape was a little odd, making it seem like it was commercially processed vs home made (which it very well could have been) but had great flavor and was fried well. Tarter sauce was pretty good too. Lobster roll was decent, but expecting a soft roll was surprised by the hard toasted bread. Was a little too think for the amount of lobster. Also wish I could have ordered without the fries. Was too much given we had fries with the fish too. Finally the clam chowder. Not the best as the sign claimed, but good on a cold night near the water.

Fish and chips – Solid 4 stars.
Lobster roll and fries – 3 stars
Clam chowder – 3.5 stars

Lobster roll was loaded and delicious. One of the best I’ve had in LA. I was surprised at the traditional roll vs a brioche bun, but it was fresh and a bit heartier. Fries were on point as well.

Easy access from the bike path as well. Such a great find. Highly recommend.

We ordered clam chowder, avocado toast, and fries. My avocado toast and the clam chowder were great! Would definitely come back if we’re in the area.

We very much enjoyed the food by La Sirenetta. Two Aracini balls cost eight dollars I felt it was a great deal.
