I went here after a day of errands ordered my food and waited patiently. As soon as I arrived home I noticed my order was incomplete I was told i would need to come pick up the rest of my order. Half of my food will be cold and the other half fresh I asked if I would be able to come back with the two I was given and get fresh ones. Idk if it is because Spanish isn’t my first language but the woman on the phone was being rude saying I was speaking to her in a bad way. Which I was not. I was letting her know it was their fault for not giving me what I ordered before she even checked the transaction she was telling me I didn’t pay for 4 when I gave her the total she said oh yeah well do you want to pick them up. I don’t live in the area. She said the owner wasn’t there anymore and that she didn’t know how to refund me or what to do. I let her know I would wait for her to speak to the owner and figure out what to do.
She called back let me know that I could block the food up in 15 min. I feel as this would have been resolved easier if she wouldn’t have been on the defense. I understand this is a small owned restaurant and as a restaurant manager I wouldn’t feel attacked over someone relaying an issue with their food and or service.
Their food is good I’ve ordered it before through delivery apps… I guess if you’re not personally dealing with them you’ll have a good food experience

The location of the restaurant is great, it's in the walking distance from the metro station Western. Also, the choice of Latino dishes is wide. I took a regular lunch with a meat 🥩, bread and avocado 🥑 salad. I liked it.

When I want I different taste of tacos this is where I go. You can see the Home Stove when ordering.Meaning they take their time to cook your food. It's not frozen!Also Agua Frescos is served which gives you a refreshing boost to go about your day.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas with all white meat comes with a small portion of rice salad, and like a purée bean sauce with chips and salsa the enchiladas was nice and moist. The dish was great presentation and tasted just as good as it looked I highly recommend it the restaurant was rating of an A on the front door outside very clean nice atmosphere of great music. The young lady was very nice who took my order in the Chef amazing.
