I took my grandma out for dinner to get a soup. Upon arrival no one greeted us. So we stood there for a bit. After about 10 min of NO ONE seating us I sat my grandmother down at the closest table. Still nothing… I again served myself a menu and my grandmother.

Finally some guy comes out from the back and still says nothing. Not a hello or good evening. I say hi and wave him down for service. After about 5 minutes he comes to my table. Takes our order and walks away. Mind you guys there’s only 2 people at another table. And they already have their food.

Another 15 min pass and he has not brought our drinks. Again I wave him down to remind him. So he finally brings our drinks.

20 min later my granny tamale comes out. 10 min later my food comes out. I got the gallina soup to share with my granny. The chicken is super dry so it’s hard for my granny to chew.
I ask if we can get a different piece please. He says” no we cook our chicken like that so that’s how it is”. I said ok thank you and sat down.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will not be returning
